Synopsis: The Mariscos are the last witnesses of a time in which the civil guards who did not allow themselves to be bribed, made bullets whistle in this difficult Navarrese valley on the border with France. Almost all the families that lived there were dedicated to smuggling and the Mariscos were the bosses. Today, they are only ranchers and Juan and Carmen celebrate their diamond wedding.
